PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester elastomer-based resin composition excellent in expansion-molding property, having a relatively uniform cell diameter and having a uniform expansion magnitude in a molded article irrespective to distances from a gate in the case of performing the expansion molding. SOLUTION: This polyester elastomer-based resin composition excellent in expansion-molding property, consisting of 95 to 50 wt.% polyester elastomer resin and 5 to 50 wt.% ionomer resin obtained by forming an ion-associated material by a sodium metal ion is characterized by having 10 to 0.01/10 min melt flow index measured at 230°C resin composition temperature at 2,160 g load, and having 2.3 to 3.5 "rising viscosity degree" of elongational viscosity at 230°C resin composition temperature.
