PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form and display a pseudo X-ray image without irradiation with an X ray. SOLUTION: An X-ray intensity distribution reference data storage section 7 stores X-ray intensity distribution reference data, and an X-ray detector compensation parameter storage section 8 stores a compensation parameter regarding an X-ray detector 3. The pseudo X-ray image data preparing-compensating section 6-2 of a pseudo image data preparing section 6 acquires CT voxel data from an X-ray CT apparatus 200 through a CT voxel data inputting section 6-1, and acquires the positional information of a holding apparatus 13, a bed, an X-ray throttle blade, and an X-ray compensating filter from a system controlling section 9. Pseudo image data is formed by using the acquired CT voxel data and the positional information, the X-ray intensity distribution reference data, and the compensation parameter regarding the X-ray detector 3, and an image processing apparatus 5 is constituted in a manner to form the pseudo X-ray image by using the pseudo image data.
