PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus which rotates a radiation emitting part or the like with high positional precision for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The medical apparatus is equipped with a support frame 12 vertically provided in a manner that a central axis is positioned horizontally, circular tracks 72 respectively provided on both side faces of the support frame 12, a moving gantry configured to revolve relative to the support frame 12 through sliding parts 70 sliding on the circular tracks 72, and a revolving driving means for revolving the moving gantry. The moving gantry is constituted of a rigid frame structure comprising a first side part 59a and a second side part 59b disposed to flank the support frame 12 from both side faces and a coupling part 66 for coupling the first side part 59a and the second side part 59b.
