OIL CAKE TREATMENT APPARATUS, OIL CAKE TREATMENT METHOD, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF FERTILIZER DERIVED FROM OIL CAKE

Disclosed is an oil cake treatment apparatus which can treat an oil cake produced during a plant oil production process within a short period and with a high degree of efficiency. The oil cake treatment apparatus comprises: a reactor (20) for oxidatively decomposing an oil cake; a heating coil (23) for heating water in the reactor (20) to 650°C which is a temperature equal to or higher than the critical temperature of water; a high-pressure pump (13) for introducing the oil cake into the reactor (20) and pressurizing water in the reactor (20) to 17 MPa which is a pressure less than the critical pressure of water; and a compressor (33) for feeding an antioxidant agent into the reactor (20) and pressurizing water in the reactor (20) to 17 MPa which is a pressure less than the critical pressure of water. The apparatus is adapted to separately discharge a reaction gas and an inorganic solid residue produced by the oxidative decomposition (combustion). Therefore, the apparatus enables to reuse the reaction gas and the inorganic solid residue or produce a fertilizer from them readily.
