Provided is a wear capable of expecting effects for physical exercises of lower-back pains. The wear has a compensating function to change the muscular activity of a wearer thereby to control the position so that the lower-back pains may be prevented, improved and damped. The wear is provided for a lower body half, and its body portion is formed of a highly tensive fabric (26) of a power net. Vertically inextensible front bones (14) are sewn around the waist to the inner sides of right and left ilia of the pelves of the abdomen at the front. Vertically inextensible back bones (15) are sewn to the vicinities of sacra between the right and left pelves of the buttocks at the back. Side waist portions between the front bones (14) and the back bones (15) are made of a net-shaped highly tensive fabric (27) having its lower end portion opened free. The net-shaped fabric (27) is sewn over the upper end portion of the fabric (26) of the body portion of the highly tensive fabric made of the power net. The inseams of this wear are formed into a pants shape so that the pant-shaped portions around the left and right thighs can be tensively held.
