WATER-BASED FOUNDATION FOR LIP AND MAKEUP METHOD

[PROBLEMS] To provide a water-based foundation for lips which gives a natural color finish free from blurring or color migration, glossy, and not fading away and gives a moist feeling. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The foundation comprises (a) water, (b) a water-soluble thickener, and (c) a water-based dye. It preferably further contains (d) a lower alcohol. Also provided are: a cosmetic product which comprises the water-based foundation for lips and a container which is equipped with an applicator and in which the foundation is held; and a combined cosmetic product which comprises a set container and, placed therein, the water-based foundation for lips and a lipstick, lipgloss, or lip cream.
