<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize such a structure that an optical window member which covers a solar battery is manufactured at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The optical window member 20 has two layer structure constituted of a transparent plate 21 which is made of a synthetic resin and has an upper surface 22 where a rugged pattern of predetermined fineness is formed and an optical thin film 30 which is formed on the upper surface 22 of the transparent resin plate 21. The optical thin film 30 has structure of 9 layer lamination made by alternately laminating a TiO<SB>2</SB>thin film 31 and a SiO<SB>2</SB>thin film 32. Thickness of each TiO<SB>2</SB>thin film 31 and each SiO<SB>2</SB>thin film 32 is 74 nm and total film thickness t2 of the optical thin film 30 is 666 nm. When the optical window member 20 is provided so as to cover the solar battery, the optical window member 20 looks bright and the solar battery cannot be viewed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
