<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary transmission device for controlling a two-way clutch with an electromagnetic clutch, reduced in machining cost and improved in assembling performance by simplifying the structure of a means for stopping the rotation of a rotor guide and a means for preventing separation in the axial direction. <P>SOLUTION: A two-way clutch 10 is assembled between an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 2, and in addition to the two-way clutch 10, an electromagnetic clutch 20 is provided. The peripheral surface of an opening end of the outer ring 1 is formed with knurls 29, and a rotor guide 27 holding a rotor 22 of the electromagnetic clutch 20 is fitted in the opening end. The end of the rotor guide 27 is coupled to the outer ring 1 for integration by caulking, reducing diameter.
