<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a compound library by using a compound having≥2 hydroxy groups as an acceptor. <P>SOLUTION: A library is synthesized by selectively deprotecting protective groups of a compound having a plurality of protected hydroxy groups and selectively introducing a desired donor to the freed hydroxy groups. The above synthesizing method contains (1) a step to prepare an acceptor having one protective group W eliminable in basic state and the other protective groups expressed by A(Y)m (A is a protective group eliminable in acidic state; and Y is -NR<SP>1</SP>-CR<SP>2</SP>R<SP>3</SP>-CO-), (2) a step to selectively deprotect the group W and selectively introduce the desired donor to the freed hydroxy group, (3) a step to successively and selectively deprotect the A(Y)m group of the intermediate obtained by the step 2 by successively breaking the acid amide bond in the group Y from the N-terminal side and selectively introduce the desired donor to the freed hydroxy group; and (4) a step to repeat the step 3 until the introduction of the donor to the desired hydroxy groups finishes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
