<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body for which an organic film which has a high refraction index and a high Abbe number and is colorless and transparent is formed on a transparent base material. <P>SOLUTION: At least on one surface of the transparent base material, a film (A) composed of an annular compound which is represented by a general formula (1) is formed for the laminated body. In this case, (a), (b), (c) and (d) are integers of 0 to 2 (however, (a) to (d) do not simultaneously become 0). X and Y may be the same or different, and are halogen, a thiol group, CH<SB>2</SB>SH, a phenyl group or a benzyl group. (m) and (n) are integers of 0 to 2.
