PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a power line communication module inside a home distribution board, to easily perform a change or maintenance of a function of a communication unit while reducing a transmission distance during relay of power line communication by connecting the power line communication module to a branch of a power line inside a home, and to perform various kinds of setting required for the power line communication while disposing the power line communication module inside the distribution board. SOLUTION: The power line communication module M divides a housing into a base housing H1 provided with a power supply connection terminal 305, a coupling circuit 307 of the communication unit and an outlet part 315, and a module housing H2 which has a built-in circuit of the communication unit and which is freely removably fitted to a recess 316 provided in the base housing H1. In the recess 316, an insertion opening of the outlet part 315 is opened and a plug blade to be freely attachably and detachably inserted into the bayonet socket is projected on a back of the module housing H2.
