PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainproof tool in which a sufficient working area can be secured without applying a load to a staff and moreover, in which an effect is sufficiently obtained that protects permeation of water droplets. SOLUTION: The rainproof tool 1 for work against equipment for underground power distribution is for protecting an adverse effect such as rain fall in the work against the equipment 2 for the underground power distribution. This sheet comprises: a non-water-permeable sheet 6; suspension means 5 fixed to the equipment 2 for the underground power distribution and suspending the sheet 6 from the upper part of the equipment 2 for the underground power distribution or the vicinity of the upper part thereof; and pressing means 7a, 7b each having a predetermined weight and fixed to a part where the sheet 6 is suspended. The suspension means 5 are constituted by having fixing members 10 fixed to the equipment 2 for the underground power distribution, and movable members 11 slidably coupled to the fixing members 10.
