<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables setting of a problem which is linked directly with the daily content of business and suitable for the content of business. <P>SOLUTION: When an examinee side inputs own business logbook, its scope of business, the classification of business content belonging to the scope of business, and a keyword corresponding to this classification of business content is stored. A phrase used for the input business logbook and a keyword stored in a scope of business-classification of business content-keyword storage means are compared. The classification of business content relevant to the input business logbook are extracted automatically and a first relevancy of the business logbook and the classification of business content are input. Further, the classification of business content, a diagnostic test which an examiner set up beforehand and a second relevancy set up beforehand as a relevancy of the classification of business content to the diagnostic test data are associated and stored.
