FUNCTION DISTRIBUTED COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT, CONSTITUENT COUPLING CONTROL METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each data signal processing section to be coupled to a control signal processing section having as little a communication time lag as possible, while avoiding an excessive processing load on the control signal processing section.

SOLUTION: The data signal processing section 13 which attempts to be coupled to the control signal processing section 11 in order to configure a function distributed communication apparatus 10 transmits a coupling information notification request to each of the control signal processing sections 11 being present on a network to which the data signal processing section 13 itself belongs, receives coupling information from each of the control signal processing sections 11 and transmits a coupling request to each of the control signal processing sections 11 in an order of receiving the coupling information on the basis of the received coupling information. On the basis of a preset coupling request acceptance policy, the control signal processing section 11 having received the coupling request judges whether to accept the coupling request.
