NODE DEVICE AND BAND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of keeping high throughput by efficiently utilizing a guaranteed band in the data transfer of a band guarantee network and keeping fairness among users.

SOLUTION: A band information holding part 25 holds a band guarantee value which is assigned to a flow from a data transmission terminal to a data reception terminal in the band guarantee network. A transmission delay time calculating part 26 measures a transmission delay time in the band guarantee network of the flow. A window size calculating part 28 calculates a window size being a band where data of the flow are within the band guarantee value based on the band guarantee value held in the band information holding part 25 and the transmission delay time measured by the transmission delay time calculating part 26. A window size writing part 29 notifies the data transmission terminal of the window size calculated in the window size calculating part 28 so as to be used in the band control of the data transmission terminal.
