SOLUTION: An authentication device 3 has a request accepting means 31 accepting a password generating request from a first terminal, a generating means 32 generating a first one-time password based on a first password generation key, and a transmission means 33 transmitting the first one-time password to the first terminal. A business device 4 has a request accepting means 41 accepting a log-in request from a second terminal, a generating means 42 generating a second one-time password based on a second password generation key, and an authentication means 43 permitting the long-in request when determined that the second one-time password coincides with the first one-time password.
