PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance working efficiency in mounting a working device to longitudinal plates of a vehicle body frame through an intermediate connector. SOLUTION: Left and right longitudinal plates 6, 7 constituting a turning frame 4 are provided with left and right longitudinal plate side guides 12, 13, and the intermediate connector 14 is provided with left and right connector side guides 20, 21. The left and right connector side guides 20, 21 provided at the intermediate connector 14 are thereby engaged with the left and right longitudinal plate side guides 12, 13 provided at the respective longitudinal plates 6, 7, by the own weight of the intermediate connector 14, and connector side pin holes 18A, 19A of the intermediate connector 14 and longitudinal plate side pin holes 6B, 7B of the left and right longitudinal plates 6, 7 can be surely positioned, and connector side pin holes 18B, 19B of the intermediate connector 14 and longitudinal plate side pin holes 6C, 7C of the left and right longitudinal plates 6, 7 can be surely positioned only by lowering the intermediate connector 14 lifted by a crane, toward the left and right longitudinal plates 6, 7.
