PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device having lifting function capable of performing stable and certain lifting action by ensuring a large lifting stroke by a simple constitution for stably and certainly supporting an article to be conveyed. SOLUTION: The conveying device is provided with a base frame 3 of a truck 2; drive links 4, 5 pivoted around right/left direction axes 4A, 4B provided at front/rear and right/left sides of the base frame 3; front/rear and right/left lifting links 7, 8 in which free ends of the drive links 4, 5 are shakably connected to a middle portion around the right/left direction axes 4B, 5B and base ends 7A, 8B are supported slidably in a longitudinal direction relative to the base frame 3; a lifting frame 15 for supporting an object W to be conveyed supported by a front connection rod 11 for connecting front side right and left lifting links 7, 7 to each other and a rear connection rod 12 for connecting free ends of the rear side right and left lifting links 8, 8 to each other; and a drive means 21 for pivoting the drive links 4, 5.
