PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank device which is capable of eliminating any premature automatic stop, and easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The fuel tank device comprises a first fuel chamber 4 to which a liquid fuel 15 is fed, a communication chamber 5 which is communicated with the first fuel chamber 4 with its bottom being higher than a bottom of the first fuel chamber 4, a second fuel chamber 6 which is communicated with the communication chamber 5 with its bottom being lower than a bottom of the communication chamber 5, and with the liquid fuel 15 flowing into the first fuel chamber 4 from the communication chamber 5 when the liquid fuel is fed in the first fuel chamber 4, a cylindrical part 13 which is provided in the communication chamber 5 with an upper end being connected to the outside and a lower end being opened and directed to the bottom of the communication chamber 5, forms a gas flow passage F2 for exhausting a fuel evaporation gas 16 generated by evaporation of the liquid fuel 15 from an opening at the lower end when the liquid fuel is fed to the first fuel chamber 4, and forms a liquid flow passage F1 with the liquid fuel 15 flowing along an outer circumferential surface, and a liquid-gas flow passage separation part 14 which is projected from an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical part 13, and forms the liquid flow passage F1 along the surface from the outer circumferential surface, forms the gas flow passage F2 on the back surface side and separates the liquid flow passage F1 from the gas flow passage F2.
