PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio proximity sensor device detecting a clamped state of a workpiece without using air piping or signal wiring. SOLUTION: The radio proximity sensor device 22 is provided with a noncontact detection part disposed in such a position that a work reference position is detected in a noncontact way with a workpiece; a processing part to transmit electric waves to a detection output; a transmission antenna 48 to transmit the electric waves of an output of the processing part; and an electric wave reflection part to reflect the electric waves TE transmitted from the transmission antenna to a specific position.
