PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track travelling toy in which a plurality of vehicles can be automatically and alternately traveled on a single looped track. SOLUTION: This track traveling toy is characterized in that at least a part of the track being made to be a double track; and automotive vehicle stopping means which are respectively provided to railway tracks of the double track, wherein an automotive vehicle entering the railway track on one side operates the stopping means of the railway track on the one side to stop the automotive vehicle on the railway track, and operates the stopping means on the other railway track to release a stopping state of an automotive vehicle on the railway track.
