Composition (A) (preferably pharmaceutical preparation), in the form of solid (preferred) or liquid, comprising ingredients of artichoke (I) (Cynara scolymus) in combination with ingredients of pineapple (II) (Ananas comosus) and/or papaya (III) (Carica papaya), is new. An independent claim is also included for a pharmaceutic or pharmaceutical preparation, food supplements and dietary food comprising (A).
