It is an olive-harvesting device with oscillatory head having shafts 12 whereto there are adapted the stems 14 of the bearers of the olive beating percussors 15. Said shafts are of such a cross section to deter the rotation of the members 14 adaptedon steps onto the shaft so that failure of a percussor may be cured by replacement of the stem where failure is located. For variable-eccentricity connection and variable oscillation features, the shafts 12 are connected to the drive shaft 3 of the body 1 of the device via grooves 9, 10 of the connecting disk 8. |
