The cylindrical plug (6) is located in an injection channel (1, 2) such that rotation about its (6) axis, varies the cross section or flow opening of the channel. The plug height is adjusted by rotation. Its axis is at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the channel. The plug moves along the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical plug cavity, and completely intersects the channel. By rotation of the plug, the cross section or flow opening of the channel is varied in the range 0-100%.
