Method, system and computer program product for controlling a production/ injection operation for an oilfield (100), the oilfield (100) having a first wellsite with a producing well advanced into subterranean formations (102) with geological structures and reservoirs (104) therein. Data from a plurali ty of data sources is collected (1002) with respect to a production/injectio n operation, wherein the collected data includes oil production data and flu id injection data. The collected data is stored (1004) in a database (604). Extracted data relating to a selected performance parameter to be monitored is extracted (1008) from the database (604), the extracted data is processed (1010), and a graphical representation of the processed data is dynamically displayed (1012) to enable monitoring of the selected performance parameter .
