PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image correction apparatus which performs image correction flexibly according to an observation apparatus.

SOLUTION: The image correction apparatus includes a reflection learning section which learns the light reflected from the environment on the display screen when displaying the image at the time the image data is received and the image is displayed by the display device displaying the image complying with the image data and a correction section subjects the image data to the correction to negate the influence of the light learned in the learning section.
