<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of correctly opening and closing an opening of a wind shielding plate disposed on a separating portion at upper ends of heat exchangers without covering the heat exchangers, and minimizing a main body by reducing a height dimension at the part. <P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioner provided with the first heat exchanger 5a and the second heat exchanger 5b having the separating portion 4 at the upper ends and disposed fore-and-aft, and an air distribution fan 6 disposed in an air passage connecting a suction opening 1 and a supply opening 2, and further provided with the wind shielding plate 6 having the opening at the separating portion 4, the opening of the wind shielding plate 6 is opened and closed by an opening and closing device 7 comprising a sheet-shaped shielding member 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
