<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sea urchin paste suitable for rolled sushi ingredient by improving sea urchin which cannot become rolled sushi ingredient because of easily soaking into vinegared rice, and to provide a container of the sea urchin paste. <P>SOLUTION: The sea urchin paste is obtained by heating and stirring raw sea urchin to evaporate water, removing 1-5 pts.wt. of water per 100 pts.wt. of sea urchin followed by bringing the whole product to a paste state, putting the product into recessed grooves of a tray made of an easily bendable material, and freezing the product together with the tray followed by hardening in a stick-like state. The sea urchin paste is pushed out from the back of the recessed groove with the finger when using, and put on vinegared rice spread on laver followed by rolling so as to finish making sea urchin rolled sushi. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
