<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a flexable cable duct that permits a free flexing and cable branches, and facilitates accommodation work of the cable to achieve cost reduction, and provide the cable duct. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flexable cable duct and the cable duct. The method comprises the steps of: extrusion moulding a plate-shaped cable duct assembly provided with a connection latch assembly to a plate shape, and forming folded removal portions on the plate-shaped cable duct assembly by a press, or the like. Also, folded removal portions and folded portions are formed in a staggered configuration in place, so that a cable duct can be flexed vertically and horizontally or freely, and further a cut-off reference portion for forming a branch opening out is formed in the vicinity of the folded removal portions so that the cable can be branched and taken.
