PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form with a notch having a normal separation function and a forgery-proof factor in contrast with conventional separable perforations merely for the purpose of separation by perforations, and a manufacturing method of the business form. SOLUTION: This business form is provided which has only a notch for folding or cutting purposes, wherein the notch consists of a plurality of microcharacters or micropatterns or a combination of the microcharacters and micropatterns.
