PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a UI on a separate OS available, when a response speed of an OS in work reduces and even when the UI disappears from an image screen by a setting change, by mounting the user interface (UI) required to be always used by a user on the separate OS. SOLUTION: This electronic computer for providing the UI by software comprises the function of inputting a setting change request in response to a second setting change UI application by operating in response to a command from first and second OSs, a first setting change UI application on a first OS and the second setting change UI application for providing the function equal to a part of the UI function provided by the first setting change UI application performed on the second OS, the function of performing a required setting change in response to the first OS, and the function of outputting a setting change result in response to the second setting change UI application.
