PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rays of light which go straight on and emit from gaps among lenses. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a micro-lens device, a plurality of lens parts L are formed on the surface of a substrate P while being spaced mutually by discharging liquid drops 32 on the surface of the substrate.
