PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "telephone handset shoulder retainer" whose free arm can be mounted onto a handset via a free joint without taking the telephone handset in the hand, ensuring a speech is stably only by shouldering the free arm after adjusting its angle as a shoulder retainer, and which can also be easily mounted on an existent telephone, and an integrated type "shoulder telephone handset". SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a "telephone handset shoulder retainer" and an integrated type "shoulder telephone handset" having a shoulder part integrated in the handset body, wherein a "shoulder retainer" constituted of the free arm is mounted onto an existent telephone handset via the free joint using screws or double-coated tapes. With the retainer, only by adjusting its angle in accordance with a user, it becomes possible to quickly deal with a telephone call from a party by operating an IT device freely using both hands, or the like, without holding the handset between his face and his shoulder, without using an earphone or a headband, and without using a catching part, a hung part, a holding device, a holding rod, cord, or the like for the handset at all, and the retainer can be housed compactly in a handset body while it is not used.
