PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent for textile products which is more excellent in detergency and resoiling proofness as compared to prior textile products and even for various textile products prepared from regenerated resins. SOLUTION: This detergent for use in textile products comprises a first nonionic surfactant in which an oxyethylene group or an oxypropylene group is added to a hydrocarbon group with at least one aromatic ring, a second nonionic surfactant composed of a polyoxyalkylene alkyl(or alkenyl) ether compound, and a chelating agent, wherein 0.1% aqueous solution of the detergent obtained by diluting with ion exchange water has a pH of 4-8 at 20°C.
