PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, when a coated optical fiber is separated in a single fiber. SOLUTION: A tape-like coated optical fiber 1 has a film 7 adhered, comprising an adhesion layer 8 and a basic layer 9 on the outside of a coated optical fiber 10 integrated to be covered with a covering layer 5, in a state in which a plurality of coated optical fibers 2 are juxtaposed. Adhesion force for the adhesion layer 8 and the covering layer 5 of the film 7 is stronger, as compared with the adhesion force of the coated optical fiber 2 and the covering layer 5.
