PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly infiltrate an analyzed receptor or an analyzed ligand into an adsorptive region even if the quantity of a liquid is small and prevent a contamination. SOLUTION: A unit 10 for a biochemical analysis is provided with a housing 12 having an attachment 11 for internally attaching a biochemical analysis unit 1 comprising a substrate 2 having a plurality of holes 3 and a porous adsorptive material filling a plurality of the holes 3 and forming the adsorptive region 4, a flow path 15 provided in the housing 12 and circulating a solution through the adsorptive region 4, a flow path switching member 14 provided on the flow path 15, driven by an external drive source 24 and switching the flow path, and a fluid member 17 driven by an external drive source 16 and circulating the solution.
