PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which executes a sub game during a normal game and executes a free game based on the game results of the executed sub game. SOLUTION: When symbols arranged on a main liquid crystal panel 11B during the normal game are turned to such a combination that three symbols 92 of "CHANCE" are arranged along a pay line L, the sub game different from the normal game is executed during the normal game. Further, when the winning condition of a player is satisfied for the prescribed number of times or more in the sub game, a game mode is switched from the normal game to the free game and the free game is executed.
