PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch operation device of a combine harvester, which can obtain a state in which a threshing clutch and a reaping clutch are engaged and a state in which the threshing clutch is engaged and the reaping clutch is disengaged, by a small electric motor in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A threshing clutch-operating member 31 connected to a threshing clutch-operating portion 14b through a threshing clutch connection mechanism 32, and a reaping clutch-operating member 33 connected to a reaping clutch-operating portion 17b through a reaping clutch connection mechanism 34 are integrally rotated by an electric motor 22. When the threshing clutch-operating member 31 and the reaping clutch-operating member 33 are rotated from a disengaging region in the normal rotation direction X to position the threshing clutch-operating member 31 at a place in front of a dead point D, the threshing clutch-operating member 31 is positioned in an engaging region, and the reaping clutch-operating member 33 is positioned in the disengaging region. When the threshing clutch-operating member 31 and the reaping clutch-operating member 33 are further rotated in the normal rotation direction to pass the threshing clutch-operating member 31 through the dead point D, both the threshing clutch-operating member 31 and the reaping clutch-operating member 33 are positioned in the engaging region.
