PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a methacrylic polymer composition good in impregnability and low in volatility, suitable for carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials for reinforcing/repairing concrete buildings. SOLUTION: The methacrylic polymer composition good in impregnability and low in volatility and suitable for carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials is obtained by using a syrup prepared by blending (A) a methyl methacrylate-based unsaturated monomer with (B) a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate, (C) a polyfunctional unsaturated monomer, (D) a methacrylic ester-based polymer and (E) multilayer-structured polymer particles.
