Systems and methods of providing funding from a funds provider to a worker of a client, for example payroll obligations of an employer to an employee. Worker information identifying at least one worker of the client is received, as is pay information. A request for payment of a worker payment obligation (WPO) owed by the client to the at least one worker is submitted to the funds provider, and is paid by the funds provider. An invoice is created from the funds provider to the client regarding the payment made on the client's behalf, and is transmitted to the client. In some embodiment, a revolving protocol is established for the client in which repayments are made available to client for future WPO payment requests. |
