PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid drawing material excellent in color developing properties in which, when scaly particles are used, the particles are not finely divided to make a hard core by a close-packing effect, even processed with a dispersion kneader such as a Henschel mixer or a roll mill. SOLUTION: The solid drawing material is characterized by comprising a scaly low-crystallinity silica.
