PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure sanitation and prevent a town landscape from being impaired by protecting plastic bags with refuse piled on collecting places on a road against refuse spattering pollution by crows, homeless cats, or the like, in a foldable refuse yard very easily handled without contaminating hands and allowing easy inputting and recovery of the plastic bags with the refuse. SOLUTION: Two sheets of square support members made of a pipe material are assembled so as to cross in an X shape, and portions crossing in the X shape are respectively locked by couplings, in which a coverless container made of a net material sewn in a quadrangular box shape so that a front face is opened is fitted from above. The front and rear of an upper end of the net material are fixed in front and in the rear of an upper part of the support members. Right and left ends of an extendable band member are locked at the right and left ends of the upper part of a front support member. The opened upper face of the covering body vertically covered by a covering member formed of a large number of braid materials between the band member and the upper part in front of the support members is provided, and a bar member for opening/closing is installed in a lower side of the net material in front of the opening.
