<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an electric motor from being excessively rotated when a vehicle jumps. <P>SOLUTION: In a hybrid car where a first motor, an engine and a drive shaft are connected to a sun gear, carrier and ring gear of a planetary gear mechanism, and a second motor is connected to the drive shaft side, when it is decided that suspension stroke quantity SS has exceeded a threshold, and that a vehicle has jumped, a torque restriction coefficient α is set from 1 to 0 according to the elapsed time t, and the set torque restriction coefficient α is multiplied by request torque Td* requested for the drive shaft, and the calculated torque is set as performance torque T* (S350, S360), and when a predetermined time T1 elapses after the vehicle jumps, the engine independently operates, and the torque restriction coefficient α is set to 0, and the performance torque T* is set to 0 (S370, S380, S360).
