GUIDANCE DISPLAY SYSTEM, GUIDANCE DISPLAY METHOD, AND GUIDANCE DISPLAY PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance display method which can switch guidance display for every input item depending on users without making trouble for users.

SOLUTION: A personal information acquiring means 16 acquires personal attribute information from a personal attribute information storage 34 based on the user ID, and acquires input history information from an input history information storage 36. A display data acquiring means 18 acquires input form data from an input form data storage 38 based on the job ID. A guidance condition acquiring means 20 acquires guidance condition from a guidance condition storage 42. A screen configuring means 22 decides guidance level for every check item by following the guidance condition based on the personal attribute information and input history information. A display data acquiring means 18 acquires guidance data from the guidance data storage 40 based on the check item ID and guidance levels. The screen configuring means 22 configures input screen data of the input items added with the guidance data.
