PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of accomplishing working management and further quality management by solving a problem that action-position of a worker and motion-position of a commodity or the like cannot be simultaneously and accurately recognized and recognition-evaluation of the proper working content cannot be performed conventionally.

SOLUTION: Action information and position information of the worker are obtained by a first sensor node and at least one of status information and position information of an article is obtained by a second sensor node utilizing a sensor network. By combining these obtained information with each other, action analysis of the worker, specification of the working content and evaluation of the working circumstance are performed.
