<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively certify respective creation date of a plurality of documents made in time series and prevent violation of credibility of the creation date even if the document is disclosed to others. <P>SOLUTION: A server 1 transforms a document requested for registration by a client 2 into a structured document and a binary document, and stores the created structured document through the transformation and the binary document correspondingly to each process in a database.
