<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated diffraction optical element in which the shape transfer property is satisfactory and the variation of transmittance due to temperature change is reduced, in a multilayered diffraction optical element made by laminating a high refractive index and low dispersion material, and a low refractive index and high dispersion material on each other without forming a space. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered diffraction optical element is made by laminating high refractive index and low dispersion material, and the low refractive index and high dispersion material on each other without forming a space, wherein refractive index of d line of the high refractive index and low dispersion material is in the range of 1.54 to 1.63, the Abbe number thereof is in the range of 44 to 57, refractive index of d line of the low refractive index and high dispersion material is in the range of 1.48 to 1.57, the Abbe number thereof is in the range of 14 to 28 and the difference in refractive index of d line between the high refractive index and low dispersion material, and the low refractive index and high dispersion material is in the range of 0.024 to 0.075. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
