<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhausting device for a kitchen, which is adapted to discharge exhaust of the kitchen sucked in a suction case from an exhaust port of a multiblade fan, facilitating maintenance, downsized to decrease the installation space, and removing oil without constraining the design of an exhaust passage. <P>SOLUTION: In this type of exhausting device for a kitchen, the multiblade fan 1 and a driving motor 10 are housed in a fan case 4, and the fan case is mounted in the suction case 7 to be freely joined and separated. A shroud 12 of an impeller 3 of the multiblade fan and the central part of a scroll casing 2 are respectively recessed toward the inside of the impeller, and the driving motor is mounted in the recessed part. A grille 14 is provided with a grille outlet 18 opened backward and downward, and a porous metal plate-like filter 17, the upper edge of which is inclined backward is removably interposed intermediate between the grille inlet and the grille outlet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
