摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical image measuring device capable of easily adjusting the positional relation between an emission position of interference light from a light-guiding means and a light-receiving surface for receiving the interference light. <P>SOLUTION: An eye fundus observation device (optical image measuring device) 1 is provided with an irradiation state specifying section 211 for specifying an irradiating state (irradiation position, irradiation orientation) of light to be measured to a light-receiving surface of a CCD 184, and a fiber-end driving mechanism 244 for altering the position and orientation of a fiber end 165a of an optical fiber 165, based on the specified irradiating state of the light to be measured. This results in an automatic change in the relative position and orientation, between the fiber end 165a of the optical fiber 165 and the light-receiving surface of the CCD 184.
