<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell with liquid fuel in a stable and substantial volume, irrespective of a residue volume of the liquid fuel, or whatever is the supply posture of a fuel housing, in the fuel battery using the liquid fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery 1 is provided with a membrane electrode assembly 2 equipped with a fuel electrode 13, an air electrode 16, and an electrolyte membrane 17 pinched by them. To the membrane electrode assembly 2, fuel is supplied from a fuel diffusion supply part 3 connected with a fuel container 4 through a flow channel 5. The fuel container 4 is provided with a fuel tank 21 containing liquid fuel F, and a liquid-suctioning induction member 22 arranged inside the fuel tank 21 with one end connected to a liquid fuel outlet 23.
